The highlights of the circuit in Tunisia:
- You travel from north to south of Tunisia. You discover the wonderful archaeological sites of Carthage, Thuburbo Majus, Sbeïtla. The latter is an archaeological site of great beauty, one of the most beautiful and best preserved in Tunisia.
- You enjoy the palm grove of Tozeur,
- You discover authentic Berber villages in southern Tunisia.
- If departure in group of min. 4 people: Conferences/workshops are led by one of our well-being speakers. These 3 conferences of 1h30 each (day 2, day 5, day 7), explore the theme of “ the richness of our uniqueness ”. These places that you visit, filled with archaeological sites and typical villages, enrich in a remarkable way the knowledge of our past and accentuate our own identity. Go towards the unknown and recognize its difference by relying on its roots . Encounters and respect for differences teach us not to be ashamed of our uniqueness but, on the contrary, to make it a treasure to be shared.

- Possibility of a sporting activity for those who wish: tree climbing course at Sahara Lounge in the palm grove of Tozeur.
- Crossing the Chott el Jerid : salt desert stretching over a hundred kilometres.
- Visit of the Sahara Museum in Douz.
- Dinners prepared on site in the desert by the team with bread baked in the sand.
- Night in tents (Berber tents with multiple beds ). Possibility of having a private iglo tent for 2 people on request.
- Hikes in the desert as far as Douz with dromedaries and their camel drivers.
- Continuation by car to Tataouine via Matmata, the region of underground troglodytes, which we visit and have lunch.
- Arrival in the still inhabited Berber village of Chenini which we visit and dinner and night in a cave in Chenini.

During this cultural trip to Tunisia, you travel from north to south of Tunisia. You are going to discover the marvelous archaeological sites of Carthage, Thuburbo Majus, Sbeïtla. The latter is an archaeological site of great beauty, one of the most beautiful and best preserved in Tunisia. You enjoy the palm grove of Tozeur, and you discover authentic Berber villages in southern Tunisia. Then, you savor the tranquility of the Tunisian Saharan desert hiking with the team of camel drivers and their dromedaries. You attend a folklore show in the dunes under the stars . Finally, you visit authentic Berber villages before arriving in Djerba.

PROGRAM:
4 nights in 3* hotels, 1 night in a 4* hotel, 1 night in a tent, 1 night in a cave.
- Flight to Tunis from your departure city.
- Welcome by our Tunisian guide and transfer to a 3* hotel. Free.
- Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
- After breakfast, we take the road with our guide, by coach, for Carthage. Visit to the historic archaeological site of Birsa Hill.
- Lunch.
- Afternoon departure to visit the archaeological site of Thuburbo Majus via the road along the Roman aqueduct.
- Return to the hotel .
- Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
- Breakfast at the hotel. Then, we take the road by car to Kairouan: visit of the famous mosue of Oqba.
- Lunch.
- Continuation to Tozeur via Sbeitla where we discover one of the most beautiful Roman archaeological sites in Tunisia.
- Dinner and night in a 4* hotel in Tozeur.
The next day, in the afternoon, we return to the desert.
- After breakfast, we will discover the palm grove with 300,000 palm trees.
- Possibility of a sporting activity for those who wish: tree climbing course at Sahara Lounge in the palm grove.
- Lunch in the palm grove.
- Afternoon, we leave by car for Douz the “Gate of the Desert” via the crossing of Chott el Jerid : salt desert extending over a hundred kilometers.
- We visit the Sahara Museum in Douz. Meeting with our camel team and entry to the desert on the back of camels and on foot alternately, to the place of the bivouac (+/- 02H00).
- Installation in the camp around a palm fire.
- Dinner prepared on site by the team with bread baked in the sand.
- Folklore evening under the stars in this enchanting desert.
- Night in tents (Berber tents with multiple beds ). Possibility of having a private iglo tent for 2 people on request.
- Saharan breakfast.
- We walk in the desert to Douz with camels and their camel drivers. We take leave of our camel team.
- Continuation by car to Tataouine via Matmata, the region of underground troglodytes, which we visit.
- Lunch in a troglodyte in Matmata.
- We continue by car to Tataouine by a road crossing the mountains of Dahar, along the dunes of the Grand Erg Oriental.
- Arrival in the still inhabited Berber village of Chenini that we visit.
- Dinner and night in a cave in Chenini.
- After breakfast, we take the road to Djerba.
- Installation in a 3* hotel and lunch.
- Afternoon: visit of the synagogue of Ghriba and the potters of Guellala.
- Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
- After breakfast, we discover the crocodile farm and the Lalla Adria museum .
- BBQ lunch on a deserted beach.
- Free time at the souks.
- Dinner and overnight at the hotel .
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Transfer to Djerba airport and assistance with check-in for the return flight with our Tunisian guide. Return flight.
